Acknowledgement of Country

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we gather today and pay our respects to Elders past and present.

We recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Peoples of Australia, whose cultures, stories, music and connection to Country stretch back thousands of generations.

We also acknowledge that those stories are now passed on to all Australians, and that Australia is home to people from many different backgrounds, cultures and walks of life. Each of us brings something unique to this country we now share.

Our histories may differ, but we build our future together.
